Shipping Policy

Shipping Destination:

Our products is available for shipping only in the United States. We ship to every states in the US and your product will be delivered to the address you specify in the checkout page.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.

Out of Stock Order:
Our product is a private label and hence cannot be out of stock. Our production system is fully capable to meet increasing demand at any point in time.

Order Shipment:
On placing your order with your preferred payment method, it will be shipped within 3 - 5 Business Days, Regular. We'll send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provide when checking out.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your items(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to wxu@natouchcosmetic.com and we will take it up from there.

Cancellations and Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee whether or not the order has been shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original account that you used when placing your order.
